Quick Tips Immediately Following a Hurricane/Tornado:

    1. Immediately File Your Claim. The claims center phone number should be on your policy. If you cannot find it, call your insurance agent.
    2. Take plenty of pictures and videos of the damage BEFORE you start and clean up or emergency services!
    3. Tarp your roof to stop leaks. Take pictures BEFORE  tarping.
    4. Try to get approval from your claims adjuster to start water remediation. The sooner you get the wet, porous material out the better.
    5. Keep receipts for reimbursement (debris cleaning, generator rental, fuel, hotels, tarping, etc.).
    6. Stay on top of your assigned claims adjuster to conduct and inspection and cover ALL damages.
    7. Fill out a consultation form HERE or give us a call for a free claim review!
