BIOGRAPHY
A native of Columbia, Mississippi, Vic graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. He graduate law school from Tulane in New Orleans. While in law school, he was a member of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal.
Vic’s legal practice is focused primarily hurricane claims and some personal injury. He has vast experience in a wide variety of property damage and mass tort litigation involving products liability, asbestos, toxic tort, insurance coverage, automotive, and premises liability. He has worked in all phases of the litigation process including discovery, motion practice, expert workup, trial preparation, and trial.
